Jerks when accelerating from standstill

I let my Camaro sit in the campus parking lot for about a week. I went to go drive it to keep it warmed up and now there is a major "jerk" when accelerating. This wasnt there before I parked it. I thought maybe it was just cold so I drove her for about 30 minutes and it still happens. If I am already moving and then accelerate, it doesnt happen; it only happens from a standstill. I checked the fluids and they are ok. It jerks pretty hard so Im afraid if its the gears going out or something.

Specs:
1992 RS Camaro Hardtop
305 TBI 305
Automatic transmission with overdrive
Everything is stock so there are no upgrades of aftermarkets to worry about.

I would really appreciate any help. Thanks! -John
