I currently have a 350+ hp motor with a 700r4 behind it. The problem is i got screwed out of a deal on a Torque Converter and now i have my stock 1600 one in there.... I need one thats around 2800 - 3000, how much is this stock TC holding me back? Thanks

 

A LOT! I did heads/cam, intake manifold, headers, etc on my LS1, and the TQ converter was the single best modification I ever did to that car, although it does suck sometimes when you spin tires at 45 mph.
