Stock pre 86 flywheel measurements?
Hi I'm looking for a lightweight flywheel and a new clutch and ran across some problems. I was wondering, how many teeth does the stock flywheel have on a 350 my car is a 84 but the engine was made for before that. Also, is the clutch 10.4" or 10.5"? And how big is the clutch from the center to the outside.what's the total diameter of the flywheel and are the bolts 11 5/8" from the center of the flywheel?. Also, could I get a 10.5" clutch if the flywheel supports it, would it work fine? Any and all info on this would eb helpful, thanks. And anything I didnt ask that could be helpful, pelase include.

If this is a third gen F car, and you have a stock T-5 bell housing, then the only possible setup you could have is a 12.8" flywheel (153 teeth) and the smaller clutch.
Basically, just look up flywheels for 83-85 T-5 F cars; stock configuration; they'll be the right thing. Don't worry about the rest of that. 83-85 305 Camaro/Firebird is all you need to know to get one that will fit.
