Engine: L98 5.7 TPI

Transmission: 700R4

T-5 not going into gear

my trans will not go into gear unless the shifter gets a foot behind it. any clues??

Axle/Gears: stock... whatever that means :)

---Clutch not disengaging fully? Check fluid level. Bleed clutch system. If you have a leak, replace everything as a unit. You can get the master cylinder and slave cylinder together already bled.

---Bent clutch fork? Replace it.

---Frozen/seized throw-out bearing? Pull trans and replace it.
