T-5 pops out of 2nd gear

Engine: Rebuilt and modified 350

Transmission: rebuilt T-5

T-5 pops out of 2nd gear

When I'm driving, and I downshift to second gear, if i have to hold the shifter **** back in 2nd, or else it will jump out of gear. IT only does it in 2nd gear, and it only does it when i downshift. Any ideas whats causing this?

Axle/Gears: Stock 3.42

Mine did the same thing, then i put a short throw shifter in and it doesnt do it anymore.

Thats what I'm thinking is wrong with it. The transmission was rebuilt about 5 months ago.
