How much of what type of fluid does a NWC T-5 take? Ive been told ATF but Ive also been told to put 80-90 in it. Ive also been told to mix the 2 lol. And is it 3 quarts?

What's NWC?
According to my Haynes manual. 3.5 qts of Dexron ATF. My response to capacity is to the full mark.

80W90 or a 75W90 synthetic could be used if you want but don't mix the gear oil with ATF. The majority of all manual transmissions now use ATF.
