HP limit for Aluminium Driveshafts?
I would like to put one of these in my car, but am concerned about the strength. I am running ET STreets and will be spraying a big shot on the new motor.
WIll these hold up? How quick have you seen a car go with an aluminium shaft?

i have one in my 79 TA and hers is the stock one in her 88 Formula.
I have heard up to 800 hp on an aluminum driveshaft, and i have heard them being twisted with just a normal street motor.
i think you would be fine with a larger aftermarket type.
i think the range is something like $350
Summit sells a nice looking one.
it's really a hardcore launch that could twist the driveshaft.
however, i hear the carbon fiber ones are even stronger then aluminum, but costly.
