I don't know where to put this, but here's the downlow. I got a built up 350 swapped in my car right now, and its good for about 350hp, 400lbs/ft. When I used to downshift to 3rd gear at a 50mph roll, I was able to chirp the tires, but now when I do it, I hear kindofa light crackling noise. I also hear it when the RPMs get past 3000. Whats wrong with my car? Does anyone else have this problem?

 

is your noise comming from your rear end? could be u joints or a tranny mount ...or bad rear from all the hard down shifting ?
