Rearend numbers/question

Rearend numbers/question
I have a posi rearend unit that i have a question on. Mainly will it work with 16 inch rims, or is the bolt pattern diffrent for 15 inch. here is the number of the rearend if any can give me more info on it, GMN22522676, hopely its the right one. thanks.

No the bolt pattern is not different. This is a GM vehicle, not a F*rd. If it fits one of these cars, then it fits all of the wheels of all sizes and years, as far as bolt pattern is concerned.
That number is the casting number of the center section (just the cast part, before they put in the tubes and the guts) of the rear end housing. Little or no useful info is present in it, except that it either does or doesn't fit one of these cars.
