incorrect shift points.
My trans is being so difficult with me. I posted before about my kickdown cable problems and have since solved that issue. My car now shifts too quickly, sees like right after I get it moving its going into second gear and then will hit third too soon as well and sometimes will bog the engine down. I have messed with the TV cable and cant seem to get it just right, either it shifts later but downshifts really hard or it downshifts fine but upshifts too soon, I was just wondering what it could be, Ive checked and rechecked everything with me shiftkit install and cant find anything wrong, this one is stumping me pretty good and I would just like to know how else I can adjust my shiftpoints, if I manual shift it the thing works awesome and I love it that way Ive thought about takeing the valve body back down and making it a true manual shift because the kit gave me the option to do it. someone please help me here because its driving me nuts.

First, stop messing with the TV cable. Do the auto adjustment and leave it alone. People keep perpetuating the myth that the TV cable acts like a "downshift cable" on a TH350 or other older 3-speeds. It doesn't. Once it's adjusted you are done, provided the cable isn't stretched and needs to be replaced. This would be obvious, because it would bottom the adjuster when you tried to auto adjust it.
To adjust the shift points upwards you need to change the weights and/or springs in the governor. The governor is located under the dome cover on the left side of the trans. B&M makes a kit with different weights and springs. You change the weights to make big changes (like 1,000 RPM), and the springs to make smaller changes (like 200 RPM). It's trial and error until you get it right.
I'd leave it with the capability of full auto shifts. The manual control you've gained will always allow you to override the automatic shifts by shifting manually. A full manual valvebody gets to be a chore in traffic, and makes it a bad idea to let anyone else drive the car. I know a guy whose wife burned up the trans in his car because she put it in drive. It was a full manual TH350, so she was driving around in 3rd gear all the time!

alright that sounds like a plan, I was just thinking that the TV cable had something to do with it since the old one was streatched and I replaced it while I had the trans out for the stall converter and shiftkit, which is when it started acting up. So now I have another question, where can I get these weights for the governer?

Summit, Jegs, etc. If they sell B&M stuff they have them. It's called a "Governor Recalibration Kit".
