Axle/Gears: Moser 12 bolt 411
Eaton posi new step or old styel
I just got a 28 spline eaton and yokon gear's on the gear manual it has 2 differnt backlash meserment's new step and old witch one do I go with . The only comen # is .06 . The new style has tighter backlash .

Ok today I looket on the book and it's old 5 step and new 2 step . The carrier is a 28 spline eaton posi 7 &5/8 th's ring gear I think it's the new 2 step . Backlash for this is .03 to .06 the old 5step is .06-.010 I set it at .06 and I am not realy geting a good pattern to read . Had to give up today . Thank You .
