Car: Red on Red 89 RS

Engine: LO3 305 TBI

Transmission: TH-700R4

Axle/Gears: 10-bolt / 2.73

4th Gen Rear into my 3rd Gen

Anyone done the swap before? From what I've heard it's direct bolt-on and all I need is 4th gen offset wheels... is this true? I have an 89 RS with drum rear and I'm looking to swap for a Posi with disc brakes. I figured it's easier to find a 4th gen rear with disc brakes and posi over a 3rd gen rear. If anyone has some more info on doing the swap, and things I'll need to make this rear work like it belongs there, please let me know.
