You need a Dakota Digital SGI-5. The cruise control module (located behind the dash on the passenger's side, a real PITA to get to BTW) needs a VSS signal to work. The T56 and T5/700R4 VSS signals are totally different. The SGI-5 will correct the T56 VSS signal so the cruise control module can read it. You need to tap into the cruise control module wire that reads fromthe VSS. Check out the wiring diagrams on TGO and they will show you which wire is the one you need.
