Is this normal rormal for a 9 bolt

I just noticed that my passanger side tire has no thread left right in the midle, but the drivers side is intact. I thought that all 9 bolts where posi & that posi meant that I had traction on boath rear tires. Im probably way of & sounding like a dumbass so can some one enlighten me.

Could it be that the pass side tire was simply overinflated and wore more rapidly?

Excessive tread wear in the middle of the tire has noting to do with the the type of rear end in the car. The tire was either overinflated causing excessive wear or defective.
