97 V6 Overdrive stumble
Hello everyone,
I have a 97 RS 3.8 v6 with 105,000 miles. When the transmission shifts into overdrive, under 2000 rpm, between 40-55 mph I get a stumble feeling coming from the transmission. Its kinda like a jerking. As I gas the car and get the rpm's higher, it will shift into drive normally. Anyone have any suggestions on why a transmission would do this in overdrive only?
- The transmission shifts fine in other gears.
- Fluid/filter is nice and fairly new
