is this the correct flywheel i need?

Before i make a mistake and order a wrong flywheel i want to make sure i have this all right. For a '70 350 block with a t-5 i need a 12 3/4 inch, externally balanced, 153 tooth flywheel for a 2 piece rear. Right?

Or is it a nuetral balance that i need?

External balance is only for 400's or different motor using the 400 crank. You need neutral or one for an internal balance engine.
