Rear-end swap drum to disc need info

Ok I'm swapping my rear end from a drum set up to a reare end with disc. its 1984 z28 not sure what year the doner rear end is out of but I know it was an IROC.

I was wondering if anyone knows what I'll need as far as a a conversion kit ot lines hard/soft, master cylinder that sort of thing.

I'd really appreciate your help.

There are many threads on the site concerning such swaps. You might consider a search. I think you'll find all that you need.

I searched it and found most of what i needed I was just looking for info on if i should use hardlines or can use sof lines in place of them. And if the lines were similiar enough to use the Drums lines on the disc?

I know you won't be able to use the same rear brake lines. you need the rubber lines for both calipers if it is from a newer camaro with aluminum calipers. The steel calipers has one rubber on on the drivers side and a hard line on the drivers side. Your e brake cables will be different also. Also your j block will need to be replaced and depending on rear 16" wheels. If you don't already have them.
