Shift kit from Pro built?

I am looking into a shift kit. After some searching, I realize I should go with Trans-Go. If I understand correctly, Pro Built sells a Trans Go shift kit with extra goodies? If so, can someone point me to which one I should purchase?

I pm'ed Pro Built, but he has not read my pm. I'd like the kit to firm up part throttle shifts, and have a nice bark into second at WOT.

Thanks guys.

I bought the street-strip trans go shift kit from summit racing and installed it into my 87 GTA. It had VERY hard part throttle 1-2 shifts. It down right hurt my neck and it lasted only 5000 miles thank g-d. I don't know if it was just the shift kit or a trans that was on it's last leg but either way it didn't last. I then replaced my trashed trans with a newer 89 up trans and bought the modified street-strip shift kit from pro-built. That was the best thing I have ever spent my money on. It has very nice part throttle shifts (almost can't feel them), and when I step on the throttle above 3/4 I get a very nice long 2nd gear chirp. Pro-built has very nice products and wouldn't hesitate to buy from Dana again. Hope this helps.

That sounds good man. Have a link to which one you purchased? This seems like it is the one your talking about: http://www.700r4l60e.com/store/custo...&cat=28&page=1

Pro-Built recommended the Heavy Duty kit for 87 and before 700-R4's and the Street/Strip kit for the 88-later trans's IIRC.
