the swap is relatively simple. Spohn sell the crossmember for a direct bolt in. If i remember correctly, you will have to have the driveshaft shortened and rebalanced. The hole for the shifter and clutch hudraulics will be the trickiest part. There are many people who have done this same thing so do a search and see what all the options are. A t56 out of an F-body will have an electric sending unit for the speedo. An aftermarket, and more expensive unit, can be had with either electric or mechanical and still keeps the overall dimension as the T56.
