Strange 12 Bolt (Who has one?)

I just bought one and was surprised when I recieved it bare with no paint or powder coat. Is this normal? There ads are misleading if they are. There is no mention of them coming bare. All the pics are Gloss Black. Oh, well. Looks like I'll be doing some painting before I put it in. I was hoping to get it in this weekend....jt

It only takes a minute to shoot some paint on it, get it painted tonight and let it dry overnight and youll be good to go tomorrow!

Yeah, Painting it isnt the issue. Paying over 2 Grand for a rear that i still have to paint is.lol. Oh well, atleast i can take my time with it and make it look good.

Axle/Gears: bunch of 10 bolts how scary is that
They might do that for people who want to match there rear with the paint of the car. A lot of people like to do that. I am sure if you asked them to paint it I am sure they would of threw some paint on. Probaly a bunch of people complained about having to strip the paint off before matching the paint to there car.

True enough, i have seen loads of cars that people have paint matched most of the underbody parts.
