86 iroc rear
i dont know much about rear ends (save your jokes )
i have a 86 iroc z28 with the 5L tpi, dose my rear have LSD stock? and what is a "careier" (not sure of the spelling) the guy i got the car from sead it hade one of thses from a 94 camaro. i ask because i just rebuilt trans and i think its time for new gears out back and a lsd if i dont have one already.
p.s i have a 7.5 26 spline diff stock right?

Axle/Gears: 3.73; 3.42
I do believe the 86 should have come with limited slip in the Z and IROC. The carrier is the actual assembly that the ring gear bolts to. It is what determines wether the rear is open or limited slip. If the carrier came out of a 94Z then both tires should be spinning.
