what is most liky to happen if im driving and the baearing inside the differential front and or rear pinion bearings go out???

Im guessing it will all lock up back there like i hit the E brake??

if your lucky that will happen but if it busts somethin else and you drop a c-clip u will lose a axle too then you will be ground fx or axle tube or body vs. ground
