Question for tranny swap!
I'm in the middle of swapping a T-5 from a L69 Camaro into my LB9 T/A. I cant switch computers since the parts car ws carbed.Will I have any problems?

Shouldn't have any issues, might not have a speedo though.

Its going into my 1985 T/A(305TPI)
T-5 is from 1984 Z-28(305 HO)
So it should run fine and everything? Will I be able to put an aftermarket speedo in?

Everything should work fine since both cars run mechanical speedos. only thing is what gears were in your car and what did the 84 have?

My '85 has 3:23 while I know the Z had 3:73 stock but the guy I bought it from said he had the rear end changed and doesn't know whats in it now. As for speedo, probably a Auto meter gage.
