need some help with my clutch

I just swapped a 350 in my car, i have a t5 and am expirincing problems with my hydrolics. The symptems of the problem that i am experiencing is that it will not go in gear at all, The peddle feels soft at first and then it gets a little hard. Everything in the tranny is new stock, what can it be? I installed the throw out bearing correctly, The only thing that is original and not new is the clutch master. any help would be nice. Happy doildays Thanks
