Th350 and detent cable
I need a part # for a detent cable that will work in a turbo 350 that will hook up to a tune port intake.

No. The th350 has a kickdown in the same area as the 700r4.
But the 700 cable won't work because the end at the trans is much bigger.
It hooks to the throttle the same but the end is too big.

You could try a detent cable from an 81 Camaro, pn 25507541. The bracket will probably need to be modified. GM never matched a TH350 to TPI engine, so your deal is trial & error.

I used the Lokar one with the stock TPI bracket on my 89 IROC-Z L98 and the stock throttle cable. They dont know what they are talking about. But I eventually took the cable off because I'm gonna convert the tranny to full manual.

You should be able to go to any parts store and ask for a universal th350 kickdown cable. Its adjustable in length, and the end should work in the same bracket the TV cable was in on your TPI setup.

I dont remember it being a problem, it was adjustable as mentioned and hooked up to the stock bracket. I dont even think I have it anymore, gotta look around. The Lokar cable is overpriced if you ask me. I would go for a cheaper universal cable. Unfortunately for me nobody around here had one that would work so I had to order from the Internet.
