Swapped to T-5 Wiring issue

Engine: 305 TPI 350 TPI 350 Carb
Transmission: B/W T-5 and 700R4
Swapped to T-5 Wiring issue
The Automatic has a 3 wire connector with diferent color wires than the colors of the 2 wire for the manual......
Is the wire color diference because the automatic harness is for a digital dash and the manual is for analog gauges?
Anyways my question is how can I wire the harness for the Automatic with the digital dash to a manual trans?
Trying to install now so speed is of the essence.....

Come on people someone has to know how to get my reverse lights to hook up....Has no one ever done this swap before and wanted reverse lights?
