3rd gen Ring Gear Diameter?

Does anyone know what the ring gear diameter is for a 1989 Camaro stock 9bolt?

No, it has to be made for a 9-bolt. Strange makes a 3.70 ratio set http://www.strangeengineering.net/catalog/pdf/028.pdf. There are also many others who sell 9-bolt gear sets.

Would that one just have to be installed out right. Do I HAVE to buy the install kit?

Do I have to buy a whole new differential just to house the 3.70's?

Im new with rearends, but I do know I want these 2.77's OUT!

I am pretty sure you'll also need a new carrier, if you switch from 2.77 to a 3.27 or larger numerically gear set.

Would I have to buy a whole new differential? Or can I just buy a carrier? If so can someone link me to a carrier for the BW 9 bolt. I have had alot of trouble for some reason finding new gears and such I dont know why.

I am looking at these gears sets..

http://www.reiderracing.com/gm734.htm 3.73's

and

http://www.strangeengineering.net/catalog/028.html 3.70's
