i got a used 2.77 set. has i believe 140K miles on it, but ran VERY strong in my car

mostly highway miles on it. like 5 passes at the strip, with best of 13.89 at 97mph with 2800 stall. 1.89 60 foot. for tpi car they aint bad.

i went to a 3.27 set. i got it off of ebay. every once in awhile you can find those posi's from ebay for a good price. mine is started to fail tho after 2K miles cuz it wasnt in great condition when i got it, but i had no idea. thats the chances you take when buying 9 bolt stuff

so now i got a 10 bolt 4 gen rear.

you can always shim the posi cones. it's real easy and the cheapest route. look for a couple tech articles

This is basically your only option. You might be able to buy the cones @ 9bolt.com. I just bought a rebuilt kit from there. Complete units are no longer available anywhere new (through retailers, might find one at a swap meet). Ask me how I know.

Someone here from Cali got one.

Also do some searching. Was someone here from Australia willing to help people who needed parts.

I probably still have a 3.45 geared posi 9 bolt with brakes available for cheap. not sure how far you are from Norfolk, VA though. $200 and it's yours.
