Weird Sound
Recently a weird sound developed underneath the car. When I accelerate sometimes it sounds like something is being thrown around inside of something. It's definitely not and exhaust rattle. And it sounds like it's directly under the car. I was wondering if maybe one of the TC fins broke off or something, I have no idea. It sounds like putting a screw in a coffee can and shaking it around. It doesn't do it while idling normally, only driving. I suspect something costly and inconvenient. Any help would be appreciated thanks!!

It sounds more of like a screw being juggled around inside of a steel housing, it's a pretty hollow noise. But it's not constant enough to be something consistently broken, that's why I was thinking a TC fin or something.

coffee can noise
I would try pulling the torqe converter cover and inpecting the flywheel I have had the same problem and it turned out that the starter was coming loose and and the gear was coming into contact with the flywheel.

YUP! starter problem... I took it off and the gears were ground off. I took it back to Advance and got another one and now it's all fixed!
