Hello I was wondering if I should rebuild my tranny with a 2800 stall converter and a trans-go shift kit...or get a better transmission?


I was also wondering...I have an 89 Iroc and was wondering what gears is it running? Is there anything I can do to make it better? How much would it cost?

changing the converter and adding a shift kit isn't rebuilding the trans. as for gears it's real easy to tell what you have by getting under the car, pulling the cover, and looking. it'd be damn hard to make any sort of meaningful recomendation as to what you should do if you're not going to bother to tell us what you intended application is going to be.
