can;t really tell you how much , but it doesn sound like synchros . Next time try lewtting the revs fall all the way down before you try and slip it in . Get it fixed soon . I let mine go , then there was bearing issues , then I shattered gears and the input shaft. THAT cost me alot of coin !

ok blocker ring

which is a part that goes hand and hand with the syncro setup. I have seen the roller bearing cage break and cause the same problem too

yeah only grinds when either upshifting or downshifting, letting the revs come down does help. also does it very little going into first if in neutral clutch out then push clutch in and put in first.
also might temp be a factor? havent tried it yet since it was about 30degrees out. just got the car sat. private seller.

Mine does it to however sometimes i can be sitting in gear with the clutch all the way in and it will make a horrible grinding sound until i let the clutch out. This leads me to believe that it is clutch related however if i leave the clutch in and shift to other gears it sometimes stops the grinding?? Any suggestions here?
