T-5 Problem?

I just bought a 1990 T/A with the t-5 trans... I have noticed that if the car is cold, hasn't been run after sitting for a night, that the car bucks when driving. Example, when I am driving down the street around 30mph and in third and let off the gas, the tach doesn't jump at all but the car begins to lurch and i have to push in the clutch to get it to stop. After the car gets warm after maybe 15 minutes of driving, this problem goes away. The car has only 52000 miles on it and the guy I bought the car from treated the car like a trophy as did the original owner. So my question is this, is this "bucking" problem when cold kinda normal or do I have problems already with this car?
