I was headed to work and everything seemed alright when my 700r4 shifted 1 and 2 but then the 3rd time it just accelerated from 3000rpm to 4500rpm and didnt want to make the shift. Thank *** when this happened it happened near my house. I used 2nd gear in order to get home cuz D and OD werent working. Can any of you guys tell me what the problem is or do I need to rebuild it? If I do need to rebuild how much would it cost with a couple of ups like a torque converter, lock up, shift kit, and a corvette servo? Do any of you do this sort of job near Los Angeles? Might this just be a TV cable failure? Thanks for your help!
