Axle/Gears: 3.42 spool on the way
rear end clarification
84 camaros had the 8.5 inch 10 bolt right? 28 spline?
i need to buy a spool and all they had under 8.5 inch rear ends was 28 spline

Axle/Gears: moser 9" 4.11
26 splines were up to 89 or 90 and 28 splines after that typically, i'd pull open yours to check for sure though. otherwise it's a 50/50 crap shoot and i'm usually wrong
