trans not shifting right.

Car: 86 Z-28 Police Interceptor
Engine: 305 but building a 350
Transmission: 700r4 with shift kit
trans not shifting right.
i have a 90 model 700r4 in my camaro and it all the sudden started not shifting right. It won't shift into 2nd until about 35 or 40 and it shifts hard as hell, and it wont shift into over drive at all. it is not slipping or anything, what could it be??? any help would be much appreciated
