Just curious because I see that alot of you are using the vette servo valve.

By faster, do you mean sooner, or do you mean it shifts at the same point it usually would, only it's happening alot quicker and firmer?

The vette servo has a greater surface area which results in faster and firmer shifts, it also holds the band tighter once engaged. This only effects 2nd gear, since this servo operates the second gear band. This mod combined with a shift kit will pretty much eliminate this weak link in the trans, problem is your 3-4 clutch pack is still weak, and is usually what gives up the ghost first

If you are talking about the Corvette servo, then it will improve the 1-2 & 2-3 shifts. It will not change anything on the 3-4 shifts.

I'm 90% sure the "vette servo" just pulls on the 2nd gear band. How does this quicken the 2-3 shift? I thought the 3-4 clutch pack engages for this shift. I'm not doubting you, this is your profesion, I just want to see where I'm confused.
