did any of the third gen cars come out with a posi 3.42 gear setup.....the reason i ask is i am having a hard time finding a disc rear in my area that is posi...they are all gone(in the salvage yards) I have drum brakes on my 92rs 305 t-5.. and i am just looking for something to bolt up to my car and at this point i will take a drum setup that is posi and would be a real bonus if it had something lower than my 3.08.i know most V-6 cars come with 3.42 gears but i doubt any of them are a posi!like i said i really would like something that would just bolt up and me use all my original brake stuff like master cyl and prop valve...thanks

 

4th gen rear an option?

 

well i have heard that they will make your tires stick out a bit from the fenders and i would really like to get one that i can just slap in bleed and drive...and i dont know what gears are in the fourth gen cars....
