Transmission: dont have one yet
Axle/Gears: 3.42 spool on the way
torque arm question

what are they for and why do i need one?

If you're talking about the steering components it connects the steering box to the steering assembly. Obvious why you need it.

Engine: 305 but building a 350
Transmission: 700r4 with shift kit
it keeps the rear end from moving when launching and letting off basically. there is alot more to it but that is a simple answer
