t56 pedals
ok took out stock brake pedal was looking at the 4th gen pedals and was wondering what where the two extra brackets for that kinda wrap off to the side? do i need them or can i cut them off?

You need them.
They go under the 2 ends of the U-bolt that holds the clutch master cyl on, to prevent the floor pan from flexing when the clutch pedal is pushed.

dope it didn't come with any u-bolts but thats what i was thinking it hooked to but i but it up to clutch master cyl. and the holes didn't line up?

Not sure what you're trying to say there; but, you need them, and they go under those 2 bolts. If they don't line up with the holes, then something's not in the right place.
3rd gen pedals work fine with a 6-speed and the stock LT1 hydraulics. I just stepped out of a car with that exact setup a few minutes ago.
