T-5 to Auto Prom Q???
I am currently changing my 350 auto tpi to a 5 speed and I was wondering if i had to change anything in my computer? And what kind of tool did you guys use to cut the hole for the shifter?

You don't have to change the computer. The auto chip will do just fine. It won't throw any codes.
As far as cutting, a cut-off wheel gives the cleanest cut. You could also drill the corners out and then use a sawzall. Also a real good set of tin snips also works. The floor is light guage metal and easy to cut. In fact, the bracket that holds the auto shifter to the floor is harder to cut than the floor.

I drilled pilot holes at the 4 corners, and then used a cutoff wheel on my Dremel. Make sure you cover the dashboard and anything else you don't want damaged by flying metal bits.

What kind of computer should I use then? All I was going to do after the install was set the IAC and TPS and re do the timing.

Wander over to the diy-prom board and readup on tuning. You can't really modify a EFI car and expect it to run properly afterwards without any sort of tuning.

What is (APYP 6$E bin for manual cars)? I am not familiar with tuning though and dont have the tools for that, is there a way I can do it on a hyptertech programmer?
