Should I build my WC T5 or go aftermarket?
I am just about to drop my 355 into my 91 Z with a 5 speed behind it. This motor is going to be somewhere in the neighborhood of 375chp/450lb fts of torque. Needless to say the stock T5 really wont be long for world. What I really dont know is what to do with the tranny.
Some people have said they are able to build by T5 to handle 500lb/fts of torque for around $1000.
The other options I was thinking of are the G-Force Kit which installed would run me around $1500.
Or, a TKO-500 with everything will run me $2300 or so.
The TKO is probably last on the list due to the cost. I am really in between the T5 build and the G-Force kit. Any ideas/suggestions?

Yah I get a T56 with the bellhousing for $1150 near me. With everything to do the swap I am looking at around $2000. Not sure I am better off with that vs. going with a tremec.
