Hi Everybody, I have a very difficult problem, I recently installed a new lock up torque conveter on my F&B transmission, and my car stalls when i put it in gear. I lift the rear wheels of the ground and put in gear, and the wheels spin, as soon as i hit the brakes, and the rear wheels stop, the car stalls out. i read a few forums and it seems like it might be the converter not unlocking, but the forums i read mention that their car runs but when they stop at a traffic light the car stalls. My car cant even get into gear without stalling. Can this be the same problem? Or something else? Has this happen to anybody? And what did you do to fix it? Thanx guyz i appreciate any help.
