HELP CLUNK NOISE

Have a 1982 Z28 W/355/350 when shifting from low to second under power I feel/hear a loud clunk noise, this started last year after i changed a axle which i broke while doing a burn out at the local strip, since then i have installed a auburn pro series posi with moser axles and still the same clunk noise could the trany be hurt or what

What is this "look"?

You can't always tell much by just "looking".

Did you try jacking up on the tail shaft?

What about the torque arm mount? It can make some weird noises too.
