A mirical happened today!

Well, after a couple of weeks of letting the Formula sit I decided to tinker with it again. Up to this morning I had given up on being able to drive the car at all this summer. I've been having trouble with the transmission ever since I put it in back in March. Well I decided I would adjust the TV cable, I have an aftermarket one and probably should use a factory one, but the flywheel ate the original one morning when I was starting the car to keep the battery charged. So last time I drove it, the car would not shift out of first gear and I am left thinking great I just trashed this tranny for the second time. Well come back today I start her up and no stumbles, smoke or any hiccups. I pop the hood and adjust the cable and decide to hell with it and drive it up the street. She goes good in first up to 15mph, then shifts to 2nd up to 30, goes to third and then I have to hit the brakes because I'm running out of road before it T's. I couldn't believe it, I'm still going to take it to a local tranny shop that I trust because I don't feel like going to the guy in Independence, MO anymore and I will have the local guy look at it and she if it needs adjusted anymore.
