Solid Spacer/sleeve question
In the near future, I'm ordering a Ring & Pinion, Master Overhaul Kit, and a Positraction Carrier for my camaro. In my last post, someone mentioned about getting a solid spacer...the guy from Randy's Ring & Pinion and my Transmission guy never mentioned anything about a spacer or a Cruch Sleeve....what does this mean?...is there something I need to tell this guys when i order my gears? (My car has the original 10 Bolt 7.625" Ring Gear 26 spline shaft)

the solid pinion spacer prevents the pinion from walking up the ring gear...
i plan to buy one for my rear end overhaul one of these days as well.
I would also look into upgrading to 28 spline axles, for the added peace of mind. moser axles sell for around 235 bones on summit. if you go this route, make sure your posi accepts 28 spline axles.
hope this helped!
