no line pressure- th350

what would cause very little to no line pressure in a 350 turbo?
i pulled the trans lines off and barely any fluid pumped out while it was running only ran for a min. but it should have been spraying out correct?

does the trans slip? some th-350 have a relief valve in the pump

no not that I notice so far but I have not drove it yet
just a few hole shots and a brake stand

what does this valve do and where is it could it be stuck or something?
