replaced T5 in camaro with T5 from firebird (both are 2.8's)
only difference is the tranny mount. I put the camaro tranny mount on the trans out of the fbird. The shifter box doesn't face straight up it's tilted a little to the left.
Is this due to the tranny mount? If not is this normal? I don't remember the old shifter sitting this way (but could be wrong).

no, the only thing I did was take the trans mount & bracket + the speed sensor off the old & put them in/on the new one.
I'm renting a car, gotta get to work & can't afford to have my car not running.
