Engine: 355
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt w/ 4.10s
Looking for a 5 speed...
Hey guys, which 5 speed would you all recommend for a 400 hp engine that will be run on the drag strip and road courses every now and then as well as be a daily driver? I was seriously looking at the Richmond but I just read a few posts about some bad experiences and bad tech support.... I don't want to deal with any of that.
What will be bullit proof, easy to install, and fun to shift? Oh yeah... and cheap too if that is possible...
This is for a 1987 IROC Camaro with a 700R4.

Transmission: T56, T5
T56 6 speed. $1500 used for a complete swap kit, and $100 for the crossmember. that is what I would do.
