GMC,
As far as the TV adjustment, press the "D-shaped" button on the driver side of the TV cable housing. With the button pressed, push the TV assembly toward the rear of the vehicle. Release the button. Now open the throttle FULLY by hand at the throttle body. The TV assembly will automatically adjust itself to the proper position. While you are opening the throttle, the assembly will be clicking into place. Don't be alarmed by this, it is completely normal. If you are not confident that you performed the procedure correctly, just start over again, it won't cause any harm. Just remember that to obtain the proper adjustment, the throttle MUST be opened FULLY. If your issue is not solved by this procedure, your cable is faulty or the problem lies elsewhere. Good Luck.
