3.23 fourth gen?
I have access to a 3.23 axle with disc brakes out of a 97 or 8 camaro..I also have access to an axle with drums on it with the same ratio..I want to do the rear swap on my 92 rs 305 T-5...which would be the easier one to do..I'm not really worried about having disc brakes but the guy will sell either of them for $200...what should I do and will I be satisfied with the 3.23 over my 3.08...will it be worth it...please help...thanks

Your stock wheels will stick out.
The '98 has better parking brake mechanism
3.23 not that big of a jump, but if you've got an open diff now then you'll notice a difference going to limited slip.
The rear brakes on the '97 rear are more similar to those on a late thirdgen so it may be a little easier to adapt the lines.
